mPP对PP/TLCP共混物结晶行为的影响

摘    要:探讨了聚丙烯马来酸酐接枝共聚物对热致液晶共聚酯与聚丙烯共混物的等温和非等温结晶行为的影响,研究结果表明,该共聚物强化了热致液晶共聚酯和聚丙烯的相间联系,结晶速度提高,结晶温度提前,结晶度降低并易形成横穿晶。

Abstract:In this paper, by means of depolarized light intensity method, differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing optical microscope were used to investigation. It indicated that a maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (mPP) is very effective to modify relationship of between the PP phase and the TLCP phase. The rate of crystallization and the crystallization point were enhanced in the PP/mPP/TLCP blends which exhibit PP transcrystallization at the surface of TLCP fibrils in PP melt. The crystallinity of the PP/mPP/TLCP blends were lower then the PP/TLCP blends.
