XML在网管协议中的应用及扩展

随着计算机网络的飞速发展,对于网络管理的性能要求越来越高。传统的简单网络管理协议已经不能够满足当前的需求。本文讨论了XML在网管协议中的应用和扩展,主要包括在数据说明,基于SNMP等传统网管以及基于SOAP/XML网管协议中的应用和扩展。

Application and Extentsion on XML-based Network Management Protocol

With the rapid development of the computer network, the high performance on the network management is needed. The traditional Simple Network Management Protocol cannot meet the current requirement. In this paper, we focus on the XML-based apllication on the network management protocol. First, the paper introduces the XML to describe the data using in the protocol, then it gives emphasis on the XML-based application in the traditional Simple Network Management Protocol.finally, the paper focuses on the application and the extentsion on the XML/SOAP based network management.
