不锈钢焊条E309L和E309Nb的对比

摘    要:在主体材质为0Cr13A l、20R的塔器和主体材质为405、16M nR的换热器的制造中,用常用的E309L焊条代替了国内较少生产的E309N b焊条,保证了焊接质量,节约了资金,工程按期完工。文章对不锈钢焊条E309L和E309N b的化学成分、力学性能、抗晶间腐蚀、抗热裂纹、高温强度和经济性几方面进行了较详细的分析对比,得出了选用E309L焊条的理论依据。

Abstract:In the manufactures of a tower with principle material 0Cr13Al/20R and a heat transformer with principle material 405/16MnR, the displacement of stainless welding rod E309Nb, which is less produced in our country, with commonly used rod E309L is able to save cost and to ensure welding quality and contract time limit as well. The detailed contrast of E309L with E309Nb regarding their chemical components, mechanical properties, anti intergranular corrosion, anti thermal cracks, high temperature strength and economic benefit is made and the theoretical basis of adopting rod E309L is established.
