摘    要:在Gleeble1500D热模拟机上利用膨胀法测定了27SiMn钢在不同冷却速度下连续冷却转变的膨胀曲线,获得了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),利用蔡司显微镜观察了不同冷速下试样的金相组织,借助莱卡硬度计测定了各试样的显微硬度值.随着冷却速度增加,硬度值越来越大.通过对CCT曲线的分析为生产工艺的制定提供了一定的实验依据.

Abstract:Using the Gleeblel500D thermal simulation machine, the CCT curve of 27SiMn steel is obtained by measuring the different expanding curves of the continuous cooling transformation in the different cooling rate. The metallographic microstructures of different cooling velocity are observed by ZEISS microscope, and the microhardness of testing sample is measured by the LaiKa microhardness tester. As the cooling rate increases, the hardness increases. The CCT curve provides the experimental reference to make the production craft.
