核磁共振测井仪脉冲功率放大电路设计与实现

摘    要:提出一种实用可靠的适用于核磁共振测井系统脉冲功率放大电路的设计方案。通过理论计算,讨论了全桥开关放大电路能满足核磁共振测井系统对输出功率的要求;给出高速功率MOSFET驱动电路的特性分析及设计方案,并详细阐述了驱动电路各模块的功能。实验证明该电路在1MHz频率下是一种高效、稳定的脉冲激励放大能量转换电路,已投入实际应用中。

Abstract:A practicable and reliable design scheme applied in NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) logging tool is proposed. The full-bridge switch amplification circuit can meet the requirement of the NMR logging tool for output power through theoretical calculation. The characteristic analysis and design scheme of drive circuit for MOSFET are provided and the function of every module of the drive circuit is elaborated. The circuit is proved to be an efficient and reliable pulsed stimulation amplification circuit for transforming energy at the frequency of 1 MHz by a great deal of experiments and has been put into actual application.
