八面河油田油层出砂严重,约75%的油井需要防砂才能保证生产。随着防砂技术的发展,防砂方式已由单一方式发展成为以高压充填和绕防及化学防砂的防砂体系。对于防砂工艺评价,引入经济有效期这个概念,建立经济评价模型,从油藏、工艺等方面分析影响油井防砂的各种因素,为优选防砂方式,提高经济效益提供一定的依据。

On Setting and Employing Economic Validity of Sand Control in Bamianhe Oilfield Reservoirs

Bamianhe Oil Field reservoirs suffered severe sand production with 75% of wells being dealt by sand control to guarantee safe production.With the development of sand control techniques,the single form of sand control has developed into a system consisting of high pressure packing,skirting control and chemical control.As to sand control technique evaluation,the concept of economic validity had been introduced and an economic assessing model had been established to analyze the possible affects on well sand control from reservoir property to craftsmanship which could serve as guidance referring to sand control method selection and economic benefits improvement.
