数控机床进给系统产生爬行的机理分析及消除对策

摘    要:数控机床在低速进给时产生的爬行,会严重影响机床的加工精度、加工表面质量和定位精度。本文对数控机床产生爬行现象的原理及原因进行了理论分析,建立了进给系统的力学模型和数学模型,导出了振动方程。并分析了数控机床进给系统产生爬行的条件,研究了各种因素对爬行的影响,提出了解决爬行问题的几种措施。

Abstract:The crawl which always happen when the NC machine feeding with low speed strongly influences the precision,surface roughness and location accuracy of machine.This paper analyzes the reason and principle of NC machine crawl phenomenon,and then sets up mechanical model and mathematical model of feeding system,an oscillation equation is educed.The conditions that cause the NC machine feeding system crawl are also analyzed,finally some measures are brought forward to treat with the crawl phenomenon.
