论我国大学校长权力属性及运行规则

高等学校权力是一种组织权力。而其中的校长权力主要是职位权力。在大学校长权力行使的内容与过程中，其基本属性是行政性，即权力行使主要内容和表现是行政管理。然而。在我国高教实践中。还存在明显的学术管理特征与政治属性特征。大学校长权力属性呈现出层次与体系特征，但根本的目的属性是育人导向性。“去行政化”对大学校长来说，主要是限定其行政权力范围和规范其权力运行规则，而非改变其权力行政性的基本属性特征。

On Power Attributes and Operation Rules of University Presidents in China
