用节流轴针式喷油嘴的隔热直喷燃烧系统的研究

摘    要:本文通过理论分析和实验研究,阐明了用单油束的直喷燃烧系统的设计理论和原则,认为用节流轴针式喷油嘴,隔热燃烧室设计,通过喷油、进气、燃烧过程的优化能实现小缸径直喷柴油机的良好空间混合和燃烧,取得优良的柴油机综合性能。

Abstract:By theoretical analysis and experimental research, this paper expounds the design theories andprinciples in D. I. combustion system with only one stream of fuel spray. It' S concluded that smallcylinder bore D. I. diesel engines with throttle pintle nozzle and heat insulated combustion chamber are able to mix fuel and air well in space and have a good combustion by optimization of fuel injection, air induction and combustion process. This will improve multiple performances of dieselengines.
