压缩分散型锚索在软弱岩土中的应用与试验研究

随着预应力锚索在国内外的广泛应用和发展,压缩分散型锚索作为一种全新的预应力锚固结构形式,由于其自身的特点,具有独特的受力机理和优越性,得到了工程界的普遍认可。对于岩土体软弱或岩土质复杂的工程,锚固力不足是其最大的问题。压缩分散型锚索锚固段混凝土承载压力而不是拉力,充分利用了浆体的抗压性能,并通过在锚固段设置若干承载体,达到将内锚固段受力分散的作用,从而有效提高锚固效果。本文将这一新型的锚索结构应用于软弱岩土锚固工程,并就锚索施工工艺及影响因素进行了一系列的现场试验研究,提出了压缩分散型锚索设计与施工方面的建议。

Application and test of dispersed compressing anchor cable in weak rock mass

With wide development and application of pre-stressed cable at home and board, the dispersed compressing anchor cable, as a new type of pre-stressed anchoring structures, has generally been approved and applied in engineering practice because of its unique load-carrying mechanism. Low anchorage strength is the biggest problem for projects with weak or complex rock mass. The dispersed compressing anchor cable structure can be used to solve this problem sufficiently. In this structure, the concrete in anchored sections bears pressure rather than tension, which can fully use the high compressive property of the slurry. By setting a number of carriers in anchorage sections to disperse the force of inner anchored segments, the anchoring effect of the anchor cable can be improved effectively. This new type anchorage structure was applied to anchorage projects with weak rock and soil and a series of field tests were carried out in terms of construction technology and influencing factors of the anchor cable. The authors put forward some design and construction proposals of the dispersed compressing anchor cable for promotion and application of this new type anchor cable.
