| 摘 要： | 在低码率视频压缩技术中,块效应现象是比较明显的问题。该文讨论了低码率视频压缩技术中消除块效应的方法,提出了一种基于块分类的具体块效应消除算法。实验结果表明,该算法不仅可以改善块效应现象,同时还可以提高PSNR值。

| Abstract: | Blocking effect is a major degradation in low bit rate video coding techniques.This paper discusses the theory and way to reduce blocking effects.And a method of reducing the blocking effects based on block classification is proposed.According to the results of experiment the method can reduce the blocking effects,improve the visual qualities and increase the peak SNR values. |
