摘    要:提出利用喷嘴的真空效应回收和利用切削加工过程中油雾润滑产生的雾粒.分析和测试了喷嘴的真空特性,设计了一套基于喷嘴油雾回收系统.采用传统切削、干切削、微量润滑切削以及配有真空回收的微量润滑系统切削对高强度钢(PCrNi3Mo)进行切削试验,结果表明,基于喷嘴的真空回收系统不仅可以降低工作区的油雾量,还可将油雾重复利用并使切削性能得到进一步提高.
