水涝胁迫对烤烟化学品质的影响

摘    要:采用三因素三水平复裂式区设计,以烤烟品种G-80为材料研究了不同淹水处理下烟叶化学品质的变化。结果表明,各种淹水条件下,烟株各部位烟叶中的总氮含量显著高于对照,而可溶性糖、钾和钾/氮显著低于对照。在烟草生育期、淹水时间和淹水深度三因素中,以淹水深度对烟叶化学品质影响最大,其次是淹水时间,再次是生育期。处于旺长期的烟株对水涝最敏感,此不烟叶化学品质下降最严重。而且各生育期淹水,烟叶的化学品质随淹水时间、淹水深度的增加呈显著下降趋势。

Abstract:Effects of flooding stress at different developmental stages on chemical qualities of flue cured tobacco were studied in pot experiments designed by split split plot. The results showed that potassium content, water soluble sugar content and ratio of potassium to total nitrogen in tobacco leaf decreased significantly, while total nitrogen content increased under flooding conditions as compared with control. The depth of submergence was the most serious stress factor of all. The reduction degree of chemical qualities was significantly positively correlated with depth and duration of submergence at all developmental stages of tobacco, especially at fast growing period.
