| 摘 要： | 为观察小鼠骨髓细胞（ＢＭＣ）及骨髓基质细胞（ＢＭＳＣ）混合输注对受致死剂量照射 小鼠造血重建的影响，给予受致死剂量照射的 Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ 小鼠输注同基因 ＢＭＣ１×１０７个及经体 外扩增的同基因原代 ＢＭＳＣ ２×１０５个，并与单纯骨髓移植组进行了比较。结果表明，移植后第 １４天外周血白细胞、血小板回升较快，第 １５天、第 ２０天粒－单系祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）、红系 祖细胞（ＢＦＵ－Ｅ、 ＣＦＵ－Ｅ）、造血干细胞（ＣＦＵ－Ｓ）明显高于后者，第 ２０天已达正常。说明原 代ＢＭＳＣ不仅可以移植，而且能够加快造血重建；提高移植效果。
