摘    要:介绍了能大幅提高深孔钻探效率、降低钻探成本的金刚石钻头——高效长寿命金刚石钻头的设计制造及工程应用效果。这种钻头包括两种结构形式——单水口高胎体金刚石钻头和双水口高胎体金刚石钻头。研究设计的新型高效长寿命金刚石钻头在钻速提高20%的前提下,寿命比常规钻头提高了200%,有效解决了深孔弱研磨性地层和强研磨性地层钻头寿命短的难题,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new kind of high-efficiency and long-life diamond bit with low-cost and substantial increase in deep hole drilling efficiency. The bit includes two structural styles: single-waterway and dual-waterway with high matrix. Under the precondition of ROP increasing by 20%, it can provide 200% service life than conventional drill bit. It gives an effective solution for the problem of short bit service life during deep hole drilling in the low or high abrasive formations.
