| 摘 要： | 因分包商在钢结构防腐报价中理解有误,造成投标报价的错误,从而在合同谈判及确定合同价格时,引起了价格争议与歧义。为此,提出三个备选处理方案进行比较与分析,得出最优方案,然后进行妥善处理和解决。

| Abstract: | Wrong understanding for subcontractors to steel structure anticorrosion quotation resulted in the error of tender offer so that caused the price dispute and ambiguity during the contract negotiations and determination of the contract price.Therefore,comparison and analysis on three alternative treatment options were carried out,and the optimal solution were conducted and then coped with. |
