摘    要:研制了一种能在镁基上直接进行化学镀镍磷合金的新工艺,镀层呈银白色,表面平整光亮.镀液为碱性介质,基础配方为:硫酸镍、复合络合剂、导电盐和其它添加剂.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了电流密度、温度、pH值等参数对镀层磷含量、镀层显微硬度等性能的影响.结果表明,该工艺具有高效稳定、易于控制、操作简便等特点,适宜于产业化应用.

Abstract:AZ91D magnesium alloy samples were pretreated in zinc phosphating bath,and then plated with Ni-P deposits from the bath containing nickel sulphate.The morphology and microstructure of the electroless Ni-P coating was studied using SEM and XRD.The electroless Ni-P coating was compact and no obvious defects.The hardness values of the Ni-P coatings were about 350 HV and the phosphorus content of this coating was about 7.9%(mass).
