摘    要:用信号处理机对电机的振动与噪声进行研究是一种先进的试验分析技术,它与改进过的有限元法这种理论计算方法相配合,具有一系列优点。为在设计阶段预估电机振动与噪声水平提供了有利条件。本文介绍的试验结果与分析计算相近,并用此消除了一台双速电机中突出的电磁噪声。

Abstract:This paper presents the principle and techniques of using the signal processor to study the vibration and noise of the electric machine. The theory of vibrational modal analysis is introduced at first. The vibration measurement is arranged, and the result of dynamic characteristics is presented. In comparison with the finite element calculation, the results show the effectiveness of this method. Using correlation analysis technique, the noise source identification succeeded successfully. Combining with the modification of the design of the slots of rotor and stator, the prominent source of the noise is eliminated. In the mean time, several problems about the analysis accuracy is discussed.
