摘    要:在炼油厂中,凝结水回收系统大多采用开式系统,该系统存在回收效率低、水耗量和热耗量大、氧腐蚀严重、凝结水泵易气蚀等弊端,通过对石油二厂凝结水回收系统的调查研究,探索出一套适应炼油厂特点的闭式凝结水回收系统.

Abstract:In most of refinery plants,the opening-style coagulate water recycling system is used.But this style has some disadvantages: low recovery rate,large consumption of water and energy,high oxidative attack and more cavitations of condensed water pump.Through the study of the water recycling system of the Second Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company,it has be found and designed that a set of Closed-style system for condensed water recovery which suits for refinery plants.
