| 摘 要： | 城市竞争力、城市经营、城市规划是内在关系密切的一组理论与实践命题。本文对三者的内涵、目的及关系进行了阐述 ,以期纠正目前认识与实践中的一些误区 ,并提出一些新的思路和建议。
