基于PLC的零件换位装置的研制

摘    要:自动线及流水线生产中,完成零件的加工、检测、标记、装配等工序时,为提高生产率、降低生产成本、减轻劳动强度,常采用各种换位装置实现零件位置的转换。本文从换位装置的组成、工作原理、机械部件的设计、气动部件的设计、控制电路及PLC程序梯形图的设计等五个方面详细介绍了一种基于可编程控制器的零件换位装置。

Abstract:when parts are machined, detected, marked, and assembled on automatic manufacturing, assembly line, in order to improve productivity, reduce production costs and labour intensity, various transposition equipments are often used to change the parts' positions. In this paper, the parts transposition equipment based on PLC is introduced in details from its composition, working principle, design of mechanical parts and pneumatic parts, control circuit and ladder diagram of PLC program, etc.
