硬脂酸钙-PE蜡润滑体系的优化

摘    要:通过流变试验优化了硬脂酸钙-PE蜡润滑体系,得出的最佳配方为:PVC,100份;碳酸钙,13.3份;CPE,11.5份;稳定剂,3.87份;钛白粉,4份;ACR,2.47份;酞菁蓝,0.000 93份;增白剂,0.187份;PE蜡,0.36份;硬脂酸钙,0.2份。采用该配方制得的干混料热稳定时间为19.27 min,塑化转矩为26.57 N.m,塑化时间为122s,脱模性良好,不粘模,塑化程度适当,硬度和韧性都很好。

Abstract:The calcium stearate-PE wax lubrication system was optimized through rheological test, and a best formula was obtained, which contained PVC 100, calcium carbonate 13.3, CPE 11.5, stabilizer 3.87, titanium pigment 4, ACR 2.47, phthalocyanine blue 0. 000 93, whitening agent 0. 187, PE wax 0.36, and calcium stearate 0.2 parts. Dry blends with this formula showed heat stability time 19.27 min, plasticizing torque 26.57 N ·m, plasticizing time 122 s, good releasing property, non-adhersion to mold, suitable plasticizing degree and good hardnes.s and toughness.
