中国煤炭燃烧现状及其改善之对策

日前中国煤的利用仍以燃烧为主，大约90．4％的煤用于发电、工业锅炉和炉窑及民用炉灶．由于燃烧技术落后，供煤不合理而形成煤炭利用率低和环境污染严重的燃烧现状．本文就煤炭管理和上述三大燃烧用户提出了提高煤利用率、减轻环境污染的技术政策和具体措施．

CURRENT SITUATION OF COAL COMBUSTION AND ITS IMPROVEMENT POLICIES

Coal-burning is still a main utility of Coal in China. About 90.4% of coal are used in the furnaces for electric power generation, residential and industrial combustion. It causes both serious environment pollution and great coal waste since the old technologies and equipments in coal-burning and unreasonable supply of coal in various utilization. Fortunately, it also causes the world's scientists, environmentalists and government officers concern over it. This paper presents some policies on increasing the efficiency of coal utility and decreasing environmental pollution, and puts forward some specific measures from the aspects of coal management, process and technology improvement of coal combustion, and soon.
