润滑油清净剂金属化工艺规律的研究进展

摘    要:结合深入探讨润滑油清净剂金属化工艺中的反应机理,论述了若干主要因素对其高碱度化的影响规律,包括:金属材料的质量、促进剂体系的类型、水的用量及加入方式以及碳酸化速率等。指出首先应选择优质的金属氧化物或氢氧化物来制备高碱度盐,在控制水量应稍高于理论量的前提下,应特别重视水的加入与碳酸化过程的相互匹配,且对每一反应体系都有一最佳的碳酸化速率,这些要点对制备金属性较弱的镁盐尤其重要。

Abstract:On the basis of a detailed review of reaction mechanism of "metalation" process in preparing the lubricating oil detergents, some main factors affecting the overbasing process are discussed, namely, the quality of metal-containing materials,the type of promoters,the amount of water and the method of addition of water,the carbonation rate, etc. It is emphasized that at first metal oxides and hydroxides with superior quality should be chosen to prepare the overbased salt,and,in addition to appropriate amount of water, the method of addition of water should be matched with the carbonation rate. Moreover, there is an optimal rate of carbonation for each reaction system. And, all these considerations are especially important for preparing the magnesium salts.
