小分子效应物对生物法生产壬二酸的影响

摘    要:研究了生物法生产壬二酸过程中不同小分子效应物吐温-80、乙酸钠、丙烯酸、苯巴比妥对壬二酸产率的影响。结果表明:少量的吐温-80有利于菌体吸收和转化烷烃;乙酸钠、丙烯酸均能抑制菌体的β氧化;苯巴比妥有利于壬二酸的生物转化,在发酵开始时添加0.2%苯巴比妥,壬二酸的产率达61.1g.L-1。

Abstract:The effects of micromolecule effectormolecules such as Tween-80,sodium acetate,acrylic acid,phenobarbital on yield of anchoic acid were studied during the production of anchoic acid by biological method.The results showed that adding Tween-80 a little could promote absorbing cell and conversing alkane,adding sodium acetate and acrylic acid could inhibit β-oxidation,adding phenobarbital could promote biotransformation.Yield of anchoic acid reached 61.1 g·L-1 after adding 0.2% phenobarbital at the beginning of fermentation.
