摘    要:以硝酸钙、磷酸混合水溶液为前驱体,以氨水为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石。探讨了加料方式、加料速度、Ca-P溶液初始浓度、陈化温度、陈化时间以及反应pH值等工艺条件对纳米羟基磷灰石的结晶粒度与分散性的影响。结果表明,采用将氨水加入Ca-P溶液、快速加料的方式,在Ca2+浓度为1.0mol.L-1、陈化温度为60℃、陈化时间为12h、反应pH值为10的条件下可高效制备分散性较好的短棒状纳米羟基磷灰石粉体。

Abstract:Nano hydroxyapatite was prepared by a coprecipitation process using homogeneous aqueous solution of calcium nitrate and phosphoric acid as precursor material,ammonia water as precipitator.The effects of processing conditions on the crystal size and dispersion of nano hydroxyapatite were studied,including mixing method and rate of precursor material and precipitator,initial concentration of Ca-P solution,aging temperature,aging time and pH value.The results showed that well-dispersed nano hydroxyapatite with short rod like shape was obtained by quickly adding ammonia water into Ca-P solution in which the initial concentration of Ca2+ was 1.0 mol·L-1,the aging temperature was 60 ℃,the aging time was 12 h,the pH value was 10.
