苹果渣中苹果多酚的提取工艺优化

摘    要:采用有机溶剂提取法从苹果渣中提取苹果多酚,研究了提取溶剂乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度、提取时间对苹果多酚提取量的影响。通过单因素实验及正交实验确定苹果多酚的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取溶剂乙醇体积分数70%、料液比1∶25(g∶mL)、提取温度30℃、提取时间40min,此条件下苹果多酚的提取量为2.982mg.g-1。

Abstract:Apple polyphenols was extracted from apple residue by using organic solvent extraction method.The effects of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on extraction of apple polyphenols were studied.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:using ethanol as solvent,ethanol volume fraction was 70%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25(g∶mL),extraction temperature was 30 ℃,extraction time was 40 min.Under above conditions,the extraction of apple polyphenols was 2.982 mg·g-1.
