塔里木油田常用钻井液体系的腐蚀分析

摘    要:室内采用《钻井液腐蚀性能检测方法钻杆腐蚀环法》测定了4种塔里木油田常用钻井液(聚合物、钾聚磺A、钾聚磺B、饱和盐水)对钢片的腐蚀。结果表明:随着腐蚀时间的延长,腐蚀速率趋缓,96h后腐蚀速率的变化较平稳;腐蚀温度对腐蚀速率的影响较大,腐蚀压力的影响相对较小;动态腐蚀速率明显快于静态腐蚀速率;4种钻井液体系中钾聚磺B的腐蚀情况最严重。

Abstract:The corrosion of steel by four common drilling fluid systems in Tarm Oilfield including polymer,poly potassium sulfur A,poly potassium sulfur B,saturated brine,were determined indoors.The result showed that the corrosion rate decreased with corrosion time and changed slightly after 96 h,the corrosion temperature affected the corrosion rate greater than the corrosion pressure,the dynamic corrosion rate was obviously higher than static corrosion rate,among the four common drilling fluid systems,the poly potassium sulfur B had the most serious corrosion effect.
