| 摘 要： | 我国正面临日益严峻的柴汽比的产矛盾，本文对其产生的原因进行了分析，并结合国外有的关情况提出了柴汽比调整的初步目标，提出提高柴汽比具有较高的经济效益；对炼油加工、政策导向、对外贸易等多面所应采取的对策进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The ratio of diesel fuel to gasoline in chinese oil market is confronting with increasingcontradiction between the production and demand. This paper summarized its causes and gave a tentativeprogramme for regulating this ratio in reference to international situation, pointed out that raising the ratioof diesel fuel to gasoline in production will be advantageous to both refineries and consumers. Relevantcountermeasures in crude oil processing and foreign trading as well as the policy were discussed. |
