摘    要:本文考察了尤里卡沥青软化点的物理意义。由于尤里卡沥青软化点的测定速度快,重复性好,它与焦值,正庚烷不溶物,苯不溶物及喹啉不溶物等数据的相关性很好。因此,可通过软化点反映沥青的质量和尤里卡反应深度。还考察了尤里卡沥青在不同温度下在空气氧化过程中软化点的变化规律,以及万里卡涸青的低温结焦现象。尤里卡沥青性质的研究对其储存和开发等实际工作有参考价值。

Abstract:This article investigates the physical significance of softening point of Eureka pitch.Since the softening point of Eureka pitch has good correlation with coking value, heptane insoluble, benzene insoluble and quinoline insoluble, accompanied with short test time and good reproducibility,it can reflect the quaility of the pitch and the reaction depth of Eureka Process. The variation pattern of the softening point during air oxidation at various temperatures,and coking phenomenon of the said pitch at low temperature were also investigated. This study will contribute to the storage of Eureka pitch and exploitation of the pitch resources.
