| 摘 要： | 随着我国稠油开采量的增加和原油加工深度的提高，含油废水的水质日趋恶化。为此，抚顺石油化工研究院成功地合成了ＺＢ系列絮凝剂及其复合配方。文中介绍了ＺＢ型有机絮凝剂的性能，并经长岭炼油化工总厂、金陵石油化工公司炼油厂和锦州石油化工公司炼油厂等工业废水的处理，取得了良好和效果，试验结果表明，ＺＢ剂及其复合剂ＺＢ－４１０８具有很好的破乳絮凝能力。其除油率高、投加量少、产生浮渣量少，是ＰＡＣ（聚氯化铝）很好

| Abstract: | The increasing production of heavy crudes and the deep processing of crude oil augurthe worsening of the oil-containing waste water quality. The ZB series of flocculant and its complex formulation were synthesized by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals. The ZB type flocculant has been used in many refineries for waste water treatment, and good results were obtained. TheZB fluocculant and its complex formulation ZB-4108 exhibited excellent demulsifying and flocculating abilities. It has the advantages of high deoiling rate, low addition rate and low floating sludge formation,whichcan be a satisfactory substitute for the PAC flocculant. |
