摘    要:目前很多新炼油厂的规划中采用沙特阿拉伯轻质原油及沙特阿拉伯重质原油各50w%的混合原油,其渣油中硫、金属、残炭等含量均较高,所以普遍采用渣油加氢脱硫技术。本文试图就常压渣油、减压渣油及常、减压渣油混对的渣油加氢脱硫方案进行对比探讨,以得出合理的加工方案。

Abstract:The mixed crude of Arabian light crude and Arabian heavy crude with a mixed ratioof 1: 1 has been planned to be processed in several grassroot refineries in China. It is necessary to adopt thehydrodesulfurization technology for the residual oil of the said mixed crude due to its high contents of sulfur, metal and carbon residue, etc. Various hydrodesulfurization schemes for processing atmosphericresidue, vacuum residue and their mixture are compared for the refiners to make a reasonable selection.
