氧气曝气法处理高化学耗氧量含硫污水试验

摘    要:金陵石油化工公司炼油厂经污水汽提装置预处理后的高COD含硫含氨污水总量只占全厂污水1/10,但污染物质在总量中却占一半多,且COD值变化幅度较大。采用空气曝气法处理这股污水不易保证出水合格。用纯氧曝气法和空气曝气法分别对这股污水进行生化处理比较试验。结果表明,氧气曝气法净化效率高,出水水质好,操作平稳安全,抗冲击性能强,污泥沉降性能好,相对提高了反应器的容积负荷。拟采用本厂氮气站的放空氧作为氧源,

Abstract:The amount of sulfur and ammonia containing waste water of high COD after pretreatment accounts for one tenth of the total waste water in the refinery of Jiming Petrochemical Company,however, more than half of the pollutants in the total waste water stemmed from the former. Since theCOD value varies in a wide range, a qualified treated water can not be guaranteed by using the air aeration.A comparative biochemical treatment test with both oxygen aeration and air aeration was conducted in thelaboratory. The test result showed that the oxygen aeration has the advantages of high purification efficiency, high quality of treated water, stability and safety in operation, good anti-impact performance andbetter sludge settling, which have resulted in an increase of volume capacity. So the oxygen aeration isproposed for treating the sulfur and ammonia containing waste water of high COD.
