汽轮发电机轴裂纹故障早期诊断

摘    要:针对汽轮发电机转子(轴)发生裂纹的问题,利用振动方程分析振幅、相位角与裂纹的关系,并通过实际机组运行工况的频谱分析实例进行了论证,得出利用轴系监测系统MD3000提供的6种特征曲线可以提前6个月诊断裂纹故障的结论。

Abstract:In view of the cracking problem occurring on the rotor (shaft) of turbo-generator unit, this paper analyzes the relationships between vibration amplitude, phase angle and cracks using vibration equation, and carries out the argumentation through the frequency spectrum analysis of working conditions of actual unit, finally comes to a conclusion that to use 6 kinds of characteristic curves provided by monitoring system MD 3000 of shaft system can diagnose the cracking failure six months earlier.
