铁氧体法处理含镍废水的工艺条件研究

摘    要:实验研究了铁氧体法处理含镍废水的工艺条件。在pH=8.0~9.0,Fe2+∶Ni2+(废水中两种离子浓度比)=14,温度30~40℃的条件下,镍离子能够去除,其去除率可达99.0%以上,被处理后的废水中镍离子含量降低至0.09mg/L,达到排放标准。

Abstract:The conditions of treating waste water containing Ni~(2+) with ferrite process were studied. At the conditions of pH=8.0~9.0, Fe~(2+)∶Ni~(2+)=14,temperature is 30~40℃,Ni~(2+)could be removed simultaneously ,with the removal efficiency above 99.0%,and the concentration of Ni~(2+) in treated water was below 0.09 mg/L,it meet with the discharge standard.
