同步整流式电源变换器的设计

摘    要:同步整流技术是采用通态电阻极低的功率MOSFET来取代整流二极管,因此能大大降低整流器的损耗,提高DC/DC变换器的效率,满足低压、大电流整流的需要。首先介绍同步整流的基本原理,然后重点阐述同步整流式DC/DC电源变换器的设计。

Abstract:In the technologies of synchronous rec tification, the rectifier diode is replaced with power MOSFET that has very low turn-on resistance. So the dis sipation of rectifier can be greatly decreased and the efficiency of DC/DC conve rter can be improved and the needs of low-voltage, large current rectification can be met. The basic principle of synchronous rectification is introduced at f irst, and then the design of synchronous rectification DC/DC converter i s expressed in detail.
