金属带式无级变速传动系统误差检测技术研究

摘    要:针对当前金属带式无级变速传动(Continuously Variab le Transm ission,CVT)系统误差的特点,提出基于空域分析法的金属带式无级变速传动误差检测新方法。介绍空域分析法的特点,根据空域数据采集的特点,提出以空间位移坐标代替时间坐标对金属带式无级变速传动进行空域频谱分析的方法,给出应用空域分析理论设计的FMT测量系统,以及应用该系统进行金属带式无级变速传动误差检测的实用效果。

Abstract:Aiming to the characteristics about the errors of CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission),a new approach of testing integrative errors on CVT based on space domain was developed.The characteristics of space domain are expressed.According to the characteristics of data collection for space domain,a method that the time coordinate was replaced by space coordinate was presented to analyze the space domain frequency.The FMA examination system which was based on space domain methodology is expressed,and the application results of the method were presented.
