摘    要:企业文化与CI作为现代企业管理的重要内容有着相互联系、相互促进的关系,但又各有侧重。企业文化注重企业内涵的塑造,CI通过企业理念的外化注重企业形象的塑造。CI设计通过塑造独特的企业形象,一方面使企业文化得以直观的、广泛的传播,另一方面,使企业文化得以深化和发展。而企业文化的深化和发展又为CI提供了新的方向和内涵,二者不断相互促进和发展为企业的腾飞提供了源源不断的动力。

Relations between CI and Corporate Culture

Abstract:As the important contents of modern enterprise management,corporate culture and CI have the relations that contacts and promotes mutually,but each has laid particular emphasis on.Corporate culture pays attention to mold the connotation of a enterprise,while CI pays more attention to mold the enterprise image than enterprise logos outside. By molding particular enterprise image,CI design makes the corporate culture spread abroad widely,on the other hand,which deepens and develops the corporate culture. Furthermore,the deepening and development of corporate culture. provide new direction and content for CI,both of them promote and develop mutually,which provides continus power for the resplendence of the enterprise.
