不同种苗香叶油的化学成分

摘    要:为探讨不同种苗香叶油的香气特征,对7~9月扦插苗和组培苗的香叶油进行GC-9A气相色谱分析,结果发现,两者化学成分相同,但各成分的百分含量有差异,其中:扦插苗香叶油含香茅醇31.81%~34.79%,香叶醇6.84%~7.43%,β-古芸烯5.91%~6.59%;组培苗香叶油含香茅醇30.02%~31.64%,香叶醇10.21%~10.29%,β-古芸烯5.24%~5.33%。

Abstract:In order to determine the aroma characteristic of essential oils from different Pelargonium graweolens seedlings, oils extracted from cutting seedlings and tissue cultured seedlings in July to September were analyzed by GC-9A gas chromatography. It was shown that, the aroma chemical constituents in oils from two different seedlings were the same but differed in amounts. The compositions are, citronellol 31.81%-34.79%, geraniol 6.84%-7.43%, and β-gurjunene 5.91 %- 6.59%, for cutting seedlings; citronellol 30.02%- 31.64%, geraniol 10.21%-10.29%, and β- gurjunene 5.24%-5.33%, for tissue cultured seedlings.
