铬渣污染土壤的淋洗法修复

摘    要:以某铬渣污染土壤为研究对象,通过振荡淋洗试验,研究了水、乙酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐(EDTA)、柠檬酸、草酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)等淋洗剂对污染土壤中cr的去除率,并探讨了淋洗剂浓度、淋洗次数和体积比对不同淋洗剂复合淋洗效果的影响。结果表明:不同淋洗剂对土壤中Cr的去除率表现为:柠檬酸一草酸〉EDTA〉sDBs〉乙酸钠〉水。SDBS与草酸复合淋洗并没有促进草酸的去除效果,EDTA与草酸复合淋洗效果较好。草酸浓度为0.3mol·L^-1,草酸与EDTA体积比为3:1时,土水比为1:20,一次淋洗24h,Cr去除率为87.64%,淋洗三次,每次淋洗8h,Cr总去除率为91.04%。

Remediation of chromium residue contaminated using a washing technology

Abstract:This work applied the chrome slag contained soil as a researching object. By conducting oscillation and leaching experiments, the authors inv sodium acetate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid ( benzene sulfonate(SDBS) etc. on Cr contained in estigated the removal rates of eluants including water, EDTA), citric acid, oxalic acid and sodium dodecyl contaminated soil. Meanwhile, this research explored the influences of factors such as the concentration of eluant, leaching times and the volume ratio on composite leaching effects of different eluants. The results showed that different eluants present the removal rate of Cr in the soil as : citric acid ~ oxalic acid 〉 EDTA 〉 SDBS 〉 sodium acetate 〉 water. The composite leaching of SDBS and oxalic acid fails to improve removal effect of oxalic acid; while the leaching effect of EDTA and oxalic acid is much better. With the concentration of oxalic acid of 0.3 mol · L^-1 1, the volume ratio of oxalic acid and EDTA at 3 : 1 and the ratio of the soil and water at 1 : 20, the leaching is conducted one time for 24 h.
