陶瓷材料增韧补强方法的研究

摘    要:陶瓷材料具有独特的物理化学性能,这导致陶瓷材料在现代制造业中发挥越来越重要的作用,比如这种物化性能的优越使得陶瓷刀具在高速切削难加工材料中得到广泛应用。但陶瓷材料在具有硬度高和耐磨性高的优点的同时也有其自身脆性高的缺点,这导致了陶瓷材料产品功能的不稳定和不一致。本文综述了陶瓷材料主要的增韧补强方法研究,主要包括:纤维增韧、颗粒弥散增韧、自增韧、氧化锆增韧、纳米陶瓷增韧和纳米复合增韧。

Abstract:In the modern manufacturing industry, because of its unique mechanical and chemical properties, ceramic material is playing a more and more important role, such as the use of ceramic cutting tools in high speed cutting. Existing together with the advantages of high hardness and wear resistance, the faults of high brittleness also appear in the performance of ceramic materials. This results in the unstable and inconsistent function of ceramic material products in the process of machining. In this paper six toughening and reinforcing methods of ceramic materials were reviewed: fiber toughening, particle dispersion toughening, self-toughening,zirconia toughening, nano ceramic toughening and nano composite toughening.
