摘    要:针对现有多层堵水封隔器坐封难、解封难的问题,通过优化设计了逐级解封封隔器的坐封机构、锁紧机构、验封机构、平衡保护机构、逐级解封机构。文中阐述了该封隔器的主要结构设计、工作原理;封隔器的特点;堵水管柱的组配形式。经过现场多级堵水应用,封堵效果好,起管柱时解封负荷小,实现了逐级解封。从现场64口井的应用情况看,取得了较好的应用效果,为厚油层多级堵水提供技术支撑。

Abstract:In order to solve the setting and releasing difficulties of the present packer for water plugging in the multiple zones, setting mechanism, locking mechanism, seal confirming mechanism, balanced protecting mechanism and releasing mechanism step-by-step of the releasing packer stage-by-stage are optimized design. This paper describes the main structural design, operating principles and the features of the packer, as well as assembling process of the string for water plugging. Field results proved that plugging efficiency is good, the releasing load while pulling the string is low, the releasing step-by-step also is completed. It provides the technical supports for multistage water plugging in thick reservoir.
