摘    要:建立L-苯丙氨醇质量内控方法。采用反相高效液相色谱法,用Phenomenex Gemini C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.1%三乙胺)(8∶92)为流动相,在206 nm测定。L-苯丙氨醇在0.01~0.23μg/μL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);回收率为100.30%(RSD=1.60%)。采用比旋光度法控制其光学纯度。

Abstract:To develop the quality standard for L-phenylalaninol. The content of L-phenylalaninol was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)with the column of Phenomenex Gemini Ci8(4.6-250mm, 5 p.m) and the mobile phase of acetonitrile:20 mM potassium dihydrogen phosphateat containing 0.1% triethylamine(8 : 92) at 206 nm. The linear range of L-phenylalaninol was 0.01-0.23μg/μL (r = 0.9999) and the average recovery of L-phenylalaninol was 100.30 %(RSD = 1.60). The enantiospecific analysis of L-phenylalaninol was monitored by the power rotation.
