| Abstract: | Organization worker is the executer who carries out organization work of the Party in gross - roots unit. New situation of reform development presented necessary requirement for the organization worker. Innovation is the foundation of realizing the necessary requirement. To strengthen innovation concept, elevate innovation capacity and create innovation environment is the effective approach and condition to set up image of organization worker of new type. |
