提高焦炭质量的研究

介绍了焦炭质量变化对高炉操作的影响以及大高炉生产对焦炭质量的要求。通过完善煤质管理、改善焦炉炉温均匀性、重视焦炭的热性质、优化配煤结构、改善焦炭强度等途径，提高焦炭质量。提出在炼焦煤资源紧张的情况下，采取选择粉碎、煤干燥、煤水分控制、煤干燥风选压块、干法熄焦等配煤炼焦新技术，可以提高涟钢焦炭质量，满足大高炉生产需要。

Study on Coke Quality Improvement

The influence of coke quality on blast furnace operation and the requests of coke quality are introduced. The reasons degrading coke quality at Liansteel are analyzed, the feasible approaches improving coke quality are explained. With the shortage of coking coal, through enhancing the coke oven maintenance,homogenization of coke oven temperature, intensifying the study of coal quality and coal blending, for optimization of coal blending, seeking for new coke coal suppliers, and adopting new technique of coke making, coke quality can be increased steadily to meet the demand of blast furnace production.
