仙人掌黄酮类化合物的超声波提取和纯化

摘    要:采用超声波萃取法,研究仙人掌黄酮类化合物的提取工艺。通过试验确定了超声波功率、乙醇体积分数及辐射时间的最佳参数。选用AB8、DM130、WXI大孔树脂对仙人掌黄酮提取液进行分离纯化。结果表明,乙醇体积分数65%、功率550W、辐射时间12s提取效果最佳,AB-8型树脂分离提纯效果最好,吸附率为8481%,解吸率达8842%。

Abstract:The extraction of flavones from Cactus by ultrasonic wave was studied. The optimum conditions of ultrasonic wave power, alcohol concentration and ultrasonic radiation time were determined. AB-8、DM-130、WX-I types of macroreticular adsorbents were used to separate and purify total flavones. The optimal conditions for extracting flavonoids compound were found as follows: 65% alcohol, ultrasonic wave power at 550W, 12s for work time. AB-8 macroreticular adsorbents showed better comprehensive adsorption property.
