| 摘 要： | 介绍磁稳流化床作为一种集成分离技术，具有集流化床和固定床的优点于一身，床层空隙率高，压降小、柱效高，可从粗料液中直接吸附目标产物，从而节省预处理过程。磁稳流化床的操作条件温和，对生物活性影响小，其在生物分离领域具有广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | As an integrated separation method,magnetically stabilized fluidized bed (MSFB) combines the advantages of fluidized and packed beds in terms of high voidage, low back-pressure and high column efficiency.So the technique can be employed to process crude biological feedstocks,reducing the step number of a separation process.The MSFB is operated under mild conditions,thus giving little negative effect on the biological activity of desired products.Therefore,the technique has a wide potential application in bioseparations. |
