聚丙烯酰胺装置预研磨螺杆定位及密封系统改造

聚丙烯酰胺装置预研磨螺杆系统工艺需要预研磨料箱内螺杆正、反转,螺杆推动物料承受较大轴向力,正反转时轴向力方向相反,引起螺杆轴向窜动,轴承定位失效,轴承座密封失效,造成螺杆轴和轴承的短期磨损,为了解决近几年以来螺杆磨损严重的问题,特此结合低速重载设备国家标准对螺杆支撑结构进行改造:改造原轴承定位和轴承座密封。目的是保证聚丙烯酰胺装置工艺需求的同时节约设备维护成本。

Pre-grinding Screw Positioning and Sealing System Modification in Polyacrylamide Device

Because of the process requirements of the pre-grinding system,The screws of the pre-abrasive box are frequently forward and reverse in polyacrylamide device.Screws were with stand large axial force pushing forward materials,when the screws were transferred to switch to reverse,the axial force was in the opposite direction,it could cause screw shaft to traverse,bearing positioning failure and bearing seal failure,there by screw shaft and bearing were worn in short-term.In order to solve the severe problem which the screws have been worn in recent years,combining of the low-speed heavy equipment national standards,we have modified the screws support structure,transformed the original bearing location and bearing seals.So as to achieve the installation process not only guarantees the needs of polyacrylamide while saving equipment maintenance.
