摘    要:针对机采井管杆偏磨严重的油井,提出对油管内壁进行激光强化处理,以提高油管耐磨性能。为获得较好的表面强化层,研究了表面状态对N80油管激光强化的影响。利用激光器对表面未处理、表面喷砂、表面喷丸、喷涂吸光材料等不同状态的N80试样进行激光熔凝处理。通过分析不同状态下熔凝试样的表面形貌、熔凝层厚度及表面硬度得出,在相同工艺参数下,喷涂吸光材料能大大提高熔凝效果,喷丸并熔凝处理后的试样具有较高表面硬度和较大熔凝层厚度,且表面成型最好。因此,喷丸最适合作为激光熔凝的表面预处理工艺。

Experimental study of influence of surface condition on laser enhancement of N80tubing
Abstract:For the serious tubing and sucker rod bias wear in artificially lifted wells,the laser enhancement treatment of tubing inner wall is put forward to improve the anti-wear performance of tubing. The influence of surface condition on N80 tubing laser enhancement is studied for obtaining better surface enhancement layer. The laser melting and freezing treatments of N80 samples with no surface treatment,surface sand-blasting,surface grit blasting and spraying light-absorbing material are carried out with laser device. It is concluded from analyzing the surface appearance,melting and freezing layer thickness and surface hardness under different conditions that spraying light-absorbing material can greatly improve the melting and freezing effect under the same technical parameters. The sample after spraying grit and performing melting and freezing treatment has higher surface hardness and bigger melting and freezing layer thickness and the surface shaping is the best. Therefore,grit blasting is the most suitable for actingas surface pretreatment technology of laser melting and freezing.
