新型专利技术在粗苯回收中的应用及效果

摘    要:采用新型高效的气体吸收专用规整填料和新型抗堵高效塔盘对霍州中冶焦化粗苯回收工段进行了技术改造。改造后,洗苯塔和脱苯塔的塔压都有明显下降,塔后煤气含苯量大幅降低;贫油含苯量显著下降。同时保证了脱苯塔在蒸汽压力低和不稳定的工况(1~3 kg/cm2)下能正常运行。此次技术改造提高了粗苯产率,为企业带来了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:A special high efficient structured packing for gas absorption and new high efficient tray were used in the technical transformation for the crude benzole recovery section in Huozhou Zhongye Coking Plant .After the transformation, the tower pressure decreased significantly , benzene containing in the coal gas decreased greatly , and benzene containing in the lean washing oil also decreased significantly.At the same time , normal operation became true at the condition of unstable and low vapour pressure (1-3 kg/cm^2 ).After the technical transformation , there was a marked improvement for the yield of crude benzol , and it brought considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
